IAJC-ASEE 2011 Conference Registration Information

There are three types of registration:

Publishing Author (full registration)
Co-author/Non-publishing attendees
Student

Registration Information

Each paper submitted to this conference must be registered by at least one of its
author(s) at the full registration rate:

$445 if you are an IAJC or ASEE member
(this includes the publication fee for one paper on the conference CD)
$525 if you are not an IAJC or ASEE member
(this includes the publication fee for one paper on the conference CD)

If a solo author has one or two papers accepted for presentation and publication—and there are no co-authors on either of the papers—he/she must register the first paper at the full registration rate and the second paper at the “Additional Paper” rate. Authors are directed to the Author's Kit web page for a detailed explanation of how to submit a paper, including paper length and correct formatting.

If you have paper accepted for presentation but do NOT wish to have it published in the conference proceeding, all authors on the paper may register at the discounted co-author rate indicated in the fees table below. Students should register at the “Student” rate, as indicated in the table.

All Registration Packages Include:

Access to all plenary talks, oral and special sessions
All nutrition breaks (lunch is not included)
The welcoming reception and awards night banquet
Registration package with the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format
Complimentary copies of latest issues of IJME, IJERI or TIIJ (official print journals of IAJC)
Other gifts

Register online using the secure site provided by our conference registration company.

Registration fees may be paid by credit card or by check.

Tours and Sight Seeing

If participants are interested in tours and sight-seeing, the IAJC-ASEE Committee will be providing some links and information shortly. Please note that this is NOT included in any of the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

Registration may be cancelled up to, and including, March 31, 2011. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Each cancellation is subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee.

Visa Information

Travelers requiring a letter from the Conference's Organizing Committee for the purposes of obtaining a VISA for traveling to USA are requested to send an email to Mark Rajai.
